This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and other paid services offered by Young Bull Investors Inc. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
Refund windows by plan
Full refund eligibility depends on your subscription plan:
- Monthly plan ($150/month): you may request a full refund within 24 hours of the charge.
- 6-Month plan ($750 billed every 6 months): you may request a full refund within 3 days of the charge.
- Annual plan ($1,200 billed once per year): you may request a full refund within 3 days of the charge.
These windows apply to your initial subscription charge and to each recurring renewal charge. If you request a refund within the applicable window, we will refund that charge in full to your original payment method. After the applicable window for a given charge has passed, that charge is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
No partial refunds
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds. A refund under this policy is always for the full amount of a single eligible charge. If you cancel partway through a billing period outside the applicable refund window, you will not receive a partial refund for the unused portion, though you will keep access until the end of that paid period.
Cancel at any time
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Canceling on its own does not trigger a refund of a charge that is outside the applicable refund window. To request a refund for a recent charge, follow the steps below in addition to canceling.
How to request a refund
Email info@youngbullinvestors.com from, or referencing, the email address on your account, within the applicable refund window for your plan, and include your plan type, the charge date, and the charge amount. We process eligible refunds through our payment processor to your original payment method. Once issued, refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your card issuer or bank.
Mentorship and other separate purchases
Optional one-on-one mentorship sessions and any other services purchased separately from the base subscription may have their own refund, rescheduling, and cancellation rules, shown at the time of booking. Where separate rules are shown at checkout, those rules apply to that purchase instead of this policy.
Chargebacks and abuse
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, so we can resolve it directly. Chargebacks, payment disputes, repeated refund requests, or other abuse of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, and may make you ineligible for future refunds.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
